Questions people often ask

What happens on the call?

We'll text you before the call so you know which number we're calling from. Then we'll call at the time you chose. We'll listen to your situation, explain how the program works and what it costs, and answer your questions. It takes about 15 minutes.

Do I have to sign up on the call?

No. The call is free and there's no obligation. You can take time to think and decide later.

Can I change my call time?

Yes. Use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation. If you can't make your time, please move it rather than miss it, so the slot can go to someone else.

How much does it cost?

The full 12-month program is $4,200 upfront, or $410 a month. Medication and pharmacy fees are extra. Some clients are covered by private health insurance or PHN funding. We'll check what applies to you before you commit.

Will I need time off work?

We advise about a week off during detox. The program is designed for minimal disruption to your work and family life.

Should I stop drinking before the call?

No. If you may be dependent on alcohol, don't stop suddenly without medical advice. We'll talk you through safe next steps.

Is it confidential?

Your information is only shared with your consent or where the law requires it. We don't routinely contact employers. If you have a specific concern, ask us on the call.
