Our personal paradigms shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. This session explores how the stories and beliefs we carry influence behaviour, recovery, and what we believe is possible - and how shifting that lens can open the door to meaningful change.

Have you ever noticed that two people can go through the same experience and come away with completely different stories about it? That's not a coincidence - it's your personal paradigm at work.

Your paradigm is the invisible lens through which you make sense of everything: what's happened to you, who you are, how you relate to others, and what's possible for you going forward. Most of the time, we don't choose that lens consciously. It forms quietly, shaped by our experiences, our beliefs, and the meanings we've attached to them over time.

The good news? Once you can see the lens, you can change it. And when you change the way you look at something, what you're looking at changes too.

In this session, Colin Fearns - pharmacist and accredited transformational life coach - takes the client seat in a live coaching conversation with Pia Clinton-Tarestad.
