We explored effective strategies for managing reactions to common emotions that can arise during the Christmas period or when there are other busy social, work and family functions.
Clients were provided with tools to regain control over their feelings, understand their emotional triggers, and develop the courage to face challenging emotions. We also discussed the importance of expressing emotions healthily, rather than suppressing them, to promote overall emotional well-being.
